Delete your Karma account.
You can securely request deletion online even if you no longer have the app. We verify the email on your account and honor any enrolled two-factor authentication before scheduling deletion.
Request deletion online
Your account enters a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel from Account settings. After the grace period, your profile and authentication access are permanently removed.

Open Account settings, choose Delete account, verify with your device, and confirm the 30-day deletion schedule.
Required record retention
Certain financial, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, and tax records may be retained when required by law or regulated partners. Public blockchain transactions cannot be erased.
