1. Karma is a financial technology company. Karma and its affiliates are not banks, exchanges, or asset custodians, and do not provide FDIC insurance or hold customer deposits. Payment products are offered in partnership with licensed financial institutions.
2. The Karma card program is powered by Rain. Cards are issued by Third National pursuant to a license from Visa.
3. Virtual account services are provided by Bridge Building Inc. (Bridge). When you receive U.S. dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or British pounds (GBP) into your account, Bridge converts the funds to cryptocurrency and deposits them to your non-custodial wallet. For withdrawals, Bridge converts cryptocurrency back to fiat and settles it to your designated bank account.
4. Your Karma wallet is non-custodial. You alone hold and control your assets, and balances are not pooled or commingled with Karma funds.
5. The Karma ICM Association is a non-profit under Swiss Civil Code Art. 60 ff. It stewards the Karma Protocol, including treasury oversight. The $KARMA token does not represent equity or claims on Karma Fintech LTD.
